Telesales Executive (Full or part-time)

Salary: Basic to c £20,000 ae + commission OTE to £30,000

Are you interested in the automotive sector or mechanical engineering?  Are you good with people, confident on the phone and keen to do well?

If so, this could be an ideal job for you.  The company produce specialist products for the automotive market and require an internal sales person to keep in touch with their many small business customers as well as developing new sales leads.

 Responsibilities:

  • Initiating sales with ex-customers (customers who haven’t bought through the field sales team for a period of time) over the phone.
  • Listening to customer needs to generate repeat sales
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, purchases and reactions to products
  • Keeping up to date on the products and informing customers of new products
  • Answering customer questions on products
  • Meeting sales targets

 Personal Attributes:

  • The ability to handle rejection
  • Enthusiasm for the challenge is essential!

 

The candidate:

This will suit a person with some sales experience who is keen to work in an office based role.  You should enjoy speaking to people and be happy to pick up the phone.  With a range of products and automotive customers there is plenty to learn.  The team environment is relaxed and informal.

If you are effective in the position, there may be opportunity to move into a team leader in the future as the company has ambitious plans for growth.

 Job Details:

Hours: 8.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday - Part-time hours 4 - 5 per day also considered.

Holidays: 21 + bank holidays

Commission on top of competitive salary according to experience.

Car parking.

Salary and holiday pro rata for part-time.
