Event Manager - European Events

Salary: c £25,000 ae

Due to the expansion of their overseas events portfolio in Italy and Spain, our client requires an additional enthusiastic Event Manager to promote and support European exhibitions. 

Main duties:

  • Sales: Liaising with exhibitors and potential exhibitors to promote the event and increase bookings
  • Marketing: Helping to plan and market the events including:
  • Catalogue compilation, producing booking forms, tickets, programmes
  • Website; updating content and social media
  • Exhibitor and supplier liaison; answering queries and coordinating information
  • Operations – coordinating operations leading up to the event and related administration
  • Attending the event and post event analysis

The candidate:

You should be enthusiastic and personable with some experience of organising business events including the promotion and marketing of events and liaison with exhibitors/delegates and suppliers. 

Fluency in a second European language such as Italian or Spanish is of particular interest for this role.

9 - 5 Office hours (with additional hours and overseas travel required when attending events).
