The position:

Exciting new opportunity for a graduate in architecture/ design/ engineering with good AutoCAD skills.  The technical team work with clients to provide structural waterproofing solutions for a variety of construction projects.  You will be required to respond to client requests for technical information and prepare technical drawings and provide solutions to meet their requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide bespoke technical drawings and assist in the production of specifications for clients.
  • Take and develop project design enquiries.
  • Assist team of Technical Advisors and Managers who provide first line technical/customer service to incoming queries (phone/email).
  • Ensure that all technical documentation and advice given is correct and that emails and phone call enquiries are dealt with effectively.
  • Complete responses and actions required and other details on the in-house CRM system.
  • Manage the distribution of technical drawings to external clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure as new products and systems are introduced that they are up to date on external and internal platforms including our company website.
  • Create bespoke structural design packs for use in tender documentation.
  • Attend technical design meetings with clients and the Technical Manager to provide design assistance and to create specifications based on the meetings.


The candidate:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated graduate with good academic qualifications and sound technical drawing skills. Good interpersonal skills are also important, together with a client focused approach.

The starting salary paid will depend on qualifications and experience and candidates should be within commutable distance of Tonbridge.
