Location: Home / Sevenoaks / London

Salary: Up to £25,000 + bonus and bens

We have a further opportunity for a Project Administrator to provide support to a Client Services team who coordinate medical education projects for pharmaceutical clients.  This could suit a graduate with a science degree that is looking to develop a career in the life sciences sector or a person interested in working in this sector with relevant project admin experience.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Applying for and tracking copyright permissions
  • Preparing meeting materials for scientific review and training
  • Completing contract templates and tracking/filing of signed contracts as well as collating details and managing payments to delegates/faculty, etc
  • Entry of post meeting data and analysis
  • Cross checking of documents/program materials from studio/programmers for quality control, as appropriate
  • General team administration/ad hoc support as required
  • As a central resource, general all-round support in response to the changing demands of the Client Services team; with the ability to prioritise and work methodically, manage workflow and flag work conflicts as they arise
  • Support the Office Manager with general administrative tasks such as stationery orders and mail-outs
  • Post Covid restrictions - Contact hotels/venues for meeting space/accommodation and book travel and accommodation

Candidate profile:

  • Candidates should be well-organised, efficient and methodical in their approach to administrative tasks and tracking projects.  They should also have high attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Preferably a science degree or a graduate with an interest medical communications/ healthcare/ life science
  • Some relevant administrative experience within project management, logistics, training programs or business events
  • Proficient with technology and MS Office
  • Looking for a position with career development
