Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 ae + bonus

Job requirement:

We require an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager with a marketing or design qualification to join an award-winning creative agency.  The Account Manager is responsible for handling briefs for brand development and design projects relating to luxury global consumer brands.  Working across both UK and international markets, you will handle projects from inception to completion, ultimately delivering each project on time and to budget.  Maintaining and building client relationships; checking and approving each stage of the creative process and keeping track of costs will be integral to the role. You will work with colleagues to review the content of projects and creative, to meet the required brief and budget and will act as a point of liaison between the studio and clients.  


You should be passionate about design and have natural aptitude for understanding and interpreting creative briefs.  Pivotal to the role is the ability to deliver first class service to clients, across different time zones and to develop accounts by meeting and exceeding expectations.  You should be naturally adept at building client relationships as well as delivering on projects.  Previous experience within a full-service or creative agency, together with experience of working with multi-national clients on luxury consumer / FMCG brands is required for this position.

Job details:

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an international agency. The position is full-time and may be offered on a fixed contract basis. Currently the Studio is open, with staff spending some time working from home and in the office.  You should therefore be in commutable distance to West Kent.

Salary is dependent on experience and there is scope within the position to work at Senior Account Manager level if you have not already done so.
