The job role:

The Senior Client Services Administrator will work closely with a senior Paraplanner to provide comprehensive client and admin support to a team of Financial Advisers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a client focused, financial administrator with recent experience in pensions and investments, to join a forward-thinking, expanding firm of Financial Advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Paraplanner in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives
  • Supporting the Senior Paraplanner in preparing client financial plans and suitability reports
  • Undertaking research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives
  • Implementing client recommendations
  • Processing new business
  • Liaising with product providers and other third parties as required.
  • Owning and resolving client queries
  • Preparing and maintaining compliant client files
  • Preparing for on-going advice meetings
  • Supporting the client administrators in their day-to-day activities
  • Obtaining information, quotes, illustrations and product details, providing comparisons for analysis as required
  • Promoting the profile of the business within the profession and wider communities
  • Continuing to develop professionally to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs
  • Complying with all legislative and regulatory requirements, both internally and externally

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate will have around 3 years’ plus experience preferably within a wealth management firm or with a provider.  Your experience should encompass pensions (SIPPs) and investment administration; client on-boarding, production of reports and compliance and you should be confident in liaising with clients / third parties.  A high level of numeracy, attention to detail, excellent PC skills and a customer focused approach are essential qualities for this position.  You should also be able to demonstrate your ability to drive an efficient workflow combined with ability to complete tasks on time to a high standard.

Job Details :

  • Competitive salary according to experience
  • Hours: 9 – 5 Monday to Friday
  • Holidays: 4 weeks plus bank holidays
  • Pension
  • Base: Sevenoaks - currently at home one or two days per week to maintain social distancing
  • Location: Outskirts of Sevenoaks, so car driver ideal – parking provided
  • Please note that candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of Sevenoaks
  • Some client visiting may be required which may involve some work beyond normal office hours.
