Sourcing of Candidates -  Our Consultants are highly experienced Recruiters and will source quality, relevant candidates through database and CV searches, advertising on leading job-boards, website and social media. As a well-established business, referrals and recommendation also play an important part with up to 40% of candidates we place coming from this important source.

Selection of Candidates -  We select and short-list candidates during interviews that combine skills and competency based questions and verification of ID and key personal data. We take up references for candidates as required. 

Information and Service -  We keep clients informed of all relevant information throughout the recruitment process and will confirm interviews arrangements quickly and efficiently. Integrity and transparency are essential qualities in our service provision.
